South West Georgia Homecare is separately founded by Justin Atkins; its state license is pending and its planned transfer to Elysium Meridian has not been completed. It is not an Elysium-owned company, and licensed care delivery is not represented here.

A separate company founded by Justin Atkins, focused on developing nonmedical home-based support services for Southwest Georgia. Its state license is pending; licensed care delivery is not represented here.

Founder connection: Justin Atkins also founded Elysium Meridian. The planned transfer of South West Georgia Homecare to Elysium Meridian has not been completed; it is not an Elysium-owned subsidiary or portfolio company.
