Initial focus
Care delivered where people live is among the most consequential services a community can offer. This is our initial area of focus. Justin Atkins also founded South West Georgia Homecare, a separate company whose state license is pending. Its planned transfer to Elysium Meridian has not been completed; licensed care delivery is not represented here.
Future opportunities
Telehealth and coordinated clinical networks can extend access in regions where distance remains a barrier to care. This is an area of study, not a current operation.
Reliable connectivity underpins modern healthcare, education, and commerce. We are evaluating how rural communities can be better served by durable infrastructure.
Well-built software can raise the operating standard of every business it touches. We see technology first as an enabler of our own operations, and potentially as a business in its own right.
Over time, we expect to consider infrastructure, real estate, and development opportunities that align with long-term ownership and community benefit.
